Security policy and cancelation
Being safety one of the key factors in our activities, 'Just Go Tours' reserves the right to postpone, change, cancel any activity, or suggest an alternative activity without prior notice, whenever weather conditions are adverse, as well as recommended by local authorities that the performing or guaranteeing that the minimum conditions of security for the performance of our activities is not met with. Our coaches, monitors and guides have the responsibility and ability to make a final decision on whether to alter, change or cancel any activity. All cancellations communicated with less than 48 hours in advance (the date of the activity) will not be refunded.
